Vzi\u0161lo to z reprezentat\u00edvneho prieskumu verejnej mienky v roku 2021, ktor\u00fd bol jeden z podkladov pre dokument Bratislava 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00fdm z\u00a0k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch cie\u013eov v oblasti \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia je vytvori\u0165 a za\u010da\u0165 plni\u0165 jednotn\u00fa strat\u00e9giu pre zmier\u0148ovanie a adapt\u00e1ciu mesta na zmenu kl\u00edmy, v\u010faka ktorej sa zn\u00ed\u017eia emisie o 55 % vo viacer\u00fdch sektoroch. Mesto pl\u00e1nuje pokra\u010dova\u0165 vo vys\u00e1dzan\u00ed odolnej\u0161ej zelene a v priebehu nasleduj\u00facich \u00f4smych rokov pribudne \u010fal\u0161\u00edch 25 000 novovysaden\u00fdch drev\u00edn.\u00a0Pr\u00e1ve stromy plnia v\u00a0mest\u00e1ch d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa \u00falohu po\u010das hor\u00facich letn\u00fdch dn\u00ed, preto\u017ee dok\u00e1\u017eu lok\u00e1lne ochladi\u0165 ovzdu\u0161ie aj o\u00a0nieko\u013eko stup\u0148ov. Do roku 2030 m\u00e1 preto vznikn\u00fa\u0165 nov\u00e1 monitorovacia sie\u0165 pre kl\u00edmu a zne\u010distenie ovzdu\u0161ia so 400 stanicami s r\u00f4znymi senzormi, ktor\u00e9 pod\u013ea mo\u017enost\u00ed bud\u00fa mera\u0165 aj hluk a dopravn\u00fa situ\u00e1ciu. V\u010faka dobrej kvalite d\u00e1t dok\u00e1\u017ee robi\u0165 Bratislava cielenej\u0161ie a\u00a0r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie z\u00e1sahy v\u00a0zne\u010disten\u00fdch lokalit\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdznamnou zmenou k\u00a0lep\u0161iemu m\u00e1 prejs\u0165 aj verejn\u00e1 doprava. Kvalita hromadnej dopravy je toti\u017e k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e1 pre odbremenenie mesta od osobn\u00fdch \u00e1ut. K s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fdm 81 kilometrom mestsk\u00fdch cyklotr\u00e1s, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa\u00a0 predov\u0161etk\u00fdm \u0161portov\u00fd charakter, pribudn\u00fa desiatky kilometrov nov\u00fdch cyklochodn\u00edkov, naviazan\u00e9 najm\u00e4 na centrum mesta, aby vznikla cyklistick\u00e1 sie\u0165 dlh\u00e1 145 kilometrov. V\u010faka tomu sa sfunk\u010dn\u00ed cyklomobilita za pr\u00e1cou \u010di slu\u017ebami na bezpe\u010dn\u00fdch cyklocest\u00e1ch pre \u0161irok\u00e9 skupiny obyvate\u013eov. Pl\u00e1nuje sa tie\u017e v\u00fdstavba z\u00e1chytn\u00fdch parkov\u00edsk P+R pre 1500 \u00e1ut a vznikn\u00fa\u0165 m\u00e1 aj 50 000 regulovan\u00fdch parkovac\u00edch miest \u00a0pre \u00a0rezidentov a n\u00e1v\u0161tevn\u00edkov.<\/p>\n<p>Dostupnos\u0165 b\u00fdvania pom\u00f4\u017eu zlep\u0161i\u0165 nov\u00e9 mestsk\u00e9 n\u00e1jomn\u00e9 byty. U\u017e dnes sa v\u00a0meste obnovuj\u00fa viacer\u00e9 verejn\u00e9 priestory s\u00a0oh\u013eadom na kl\u00edmu, buduje sa nov\u00e1 elektri\u010dkov\u00e1 radi\u00e1la do Petr\u017ealky, a\u00a0tie\u017e sa pracuje na nov\u00fdch n\u00e1jomn\u00fdch bytoch v\u00a0lokalite Jan\u00edkov dvor \u010di Muchovo n\u00e1mestie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dalohou Metropolitn\u00e9ho in\u0161tit\u00fatu Bratislavy bude v nasleduj\u00facich rokoch sledova\u0165 pr\u00edpravu a priebeh t\u00fdchto projektov, systematicky zbiera\u0165 d\u00e1ta od mesta a mestsk\u00fdch in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed, pravidelne ka\u017ed\u00fd rok vyhodnocova\u0165 \u00faspe\u0161nos\u0165 nap\u013a\u0148ania jednotliv\u00fdch opatren\u00ed, a tie\u017e priebe\u017ene prehodnocova\u0165 jednotliv\u00e9 ciele. Dokument Bratislava 2030 m\u00e1 by\u0165 \u017eiv\u00fd n\u00e1stroj, ktor\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee reagova\u0165 na r\u00f4zne situ\u00e1cie v \u010dase bez toho, aby sa to odrazilo na kvalite fin\u00e1lneho rie\u0161enia.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dokument Bratislava 2030 sa tvoril participat\u00edvne so zapojen\u00edm odbornej i laickej verejnosti, ktor\u00e1 mala viackr\u00e1t mo\u017enos\u0165 pripomienkova\u0165 priebe\u017en\u00e9 v\u00fdstupy. V\u00a0priebehu jesene minul\u00e9ho roka mohli Bratislav\u010danky a Bratislav\u010dania prostredn\u00edctvom dotazn\u00edka vyjadri\u0165 svoj n\u00e1zor na bud\u00face fungovanie hlavn\u00e9ho mesta. V\u010faka dotazn\u00edku, ktor\u00fd vyplnilo takmer 3000 obyvate\u013eov a obyvateliek, sa MIB-u podarilo zosumarizova\u0165 preferovan\u00e9 t\u00e9my, ktor\u00e9 by malo mesto rie\u0161i\u0165 prioritne.<\/p>\n<p>Program rozvoja mesta na roky 2022 a\u017e2030 vznikal od roku 2020 a pripravovalo ho takmer 120 odborn\u00edkov a odborn\u00ed\u010dok. V obdob\u00ed od marca 2020 do septembra 2021 prebehlo sedem Metropolitn\u00fdch f\u00f3r, ktor\u00fdch sa spolu z\u00fa\u010dastnilo 175 z\u00e1stupcov r\u00f4znych organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed a stakeholderov, a kde sa verejne diskutovalo o rozvoji Bratislavy. \u00d4sme Metropolitn\u00e9 f\u00f3rum bolo verejn\u00e9 prerokovanie, kde bol strategick\u00fd pl\u00e1n detailne predstaven\u00fd a za\u010dal sa zber pripomienok.
